Becca has been teaching Zumba and Zumba Gold/Happy Hearts since 2015. When Shelter in Place took effect, she also added a class of Morning Stretches. The combination of movement and music makes her heart sing and her body/soul dance, and she loves sharing such joy with others.
Becca’s initial movement inspiration was hiking in nature; rustling grasses, soaring birds, murmuring streams, billowing clouds... This morphed into a strong training in the martial arts, earning her black belt in kajukenbo. All of which fuels her current passion of dance for exercise, especially Zumba. She has been known to lace her choreography with a storytelling narrative, thereby incorporating her librarian background. More info about Becca’s classes: https://bit.ly/beccazoomba
